"We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. "Had a lovely Easter break - got upgraded to a swim up beachfront suite which was incredible! The staff were all really kind and welcoming, special shout out to Kiki at the Sky Bar / Blue Bay Restaurant! All the meals were great with lots of variety, great pools and bar areas, and the nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful as well. "

"We had an amazing time in April. The experience started with the luxury complimentary airport transfer to the hotel. We were welcomed by reception and atarted are all inclusive experience straight away. The rooms were excellent and the in-room hot tub with sea view was awesome. The Spa was nice. A lovely experience overall and look forward to booking again in the future!!!!"
