We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. The apartment it’s self, the lounge and kitchen space is too small, too much furniture cramped in. 3 bedrooms are squashed into this apartment and it really needed more living space. You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"Quite difficult for taxi driver to find. As located between two streets. However the location is absolutely perfect. 10 min walk to old town. 5 mins from the beach. The gate behind opens up to the start of the strip. But its not noisy. The apartment is very spacious. Good quality furnishings, comfortable beds. Has everything you need to cook a meal. Towels weren't changed over the 4 days and got a bit dirty. Plus I do think given the quality of everything else the towels were old and need...

"Turmalina its self was lovely. The aprtment was extremely dated. Air con didn't work and only Spanish tv channels avaiable. Would not be keen to stay in that apartment again."
