"We visited during HS spring break which was a historically rainy time but was a welcomed get away with family. The place is located in a great location to enjoy the water, weather permitting. The house was very clean upon arrival helping make us feel welcomed. The screened in back porch is great to watch nature regardless of the weather. Upon recommendation of the host, we ate at Little Dave’s pizza which was great. Their menu is large enough to accommodate anyone. The dam is a very short drive away if you wanted to fish or hike. We plan to come back when the weather is more accommodating for water friendly activities. "

"Beautiful property about 25 minutes from town which is exactly what we wanted. Updated, clean, all modern conveniences. Just bring food and personal items, and you'll enjoy being secluded for a gorgeous time away from the world!"

The house was close to excellent day trips like Mammoth Cave, The Lost River Cave, Kentucky Down Under and Western Kentucky University. The local food was impressive with Bluegrass BBQ at the top of the list. We can’t say enough about how great Tammy was. She made everything so easy. The cleanliness and amenities of this rental were top notch! We loved our time there and you will too. "
