While working at "home" & traveling back-and-forth to my in Colorado, I stayed with Teri and Mike for 3 1/2 months this winter. The beautiful backyard was a tremendous respite from my daily work, with views of the vineyard and plenty of wonderful birds visiting. It was private, I could make all my own meals, and convenient to local freeways for traveling but not intrusive in that I could not hear the freeways from the house. It was quiet & got to see beautiful sunsets. I couldn't have been happier!! "

"We had the most incredible stay in Fallbrook. The house was perfect for the 12 of us! We rented the casita as well as the main house. We loved the 4 car garage that was transformed into a huge open game room with full size pool table, foosball and a poker table and tv. The house had extra tables and chairs that we used to host our big Thanksgiving dinner for 30 people! The house also had an outdoor bbq which we used, an outdoor heater near an outdoor table, a mini golf course which the adults and kids loved, and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There were many different areas that we all could move around and use. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of baking dishes, blender, coffee maker, spices and essentials needed to cook! We ate all of our meals in the house since we were a very large group. The washer and dryer in the house was also a great perk! We loved our stay and look forward to coming again! Eric was a great host! He checked in to make sure we were all good and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. Check in and check out were super easy. "

"This property is a great value! Huge house that easily slept our whole family of 9. Super comfy beds as well! Only con I’d say is that the house overall was a little dated and the outside could use a clean but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us! All of the appliances worked perfectly!"
