"Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room."

An 1870's house upgraded bathroom, 12-14 ft ceilings, gas fireplaces in every room, a carafe of Courvoisier for a night's recap before the gas fireplace, the 4 poster bed , antiques all over, a great history to the house ands the local area. Warm, toast and inviting in January with 24 degree weather and a facinating owner of many decades.MAgnificent breakfast, fit for a king."

Great restaurants and oyster shack very close which was nice for a couple of our meals! Highly recommend this fun place. It was a great taste of Cape Cod history and culture! "

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great.
