"The stay was ok but owner switched the hotel for us and only provided three rooms instead of 4. I need my refund rback as Hotel.com said the hotel has top ratings. But the owner lied and hotel.com did not check if the ratings for the hotel and the owner/staff. They do this periodically I have heard online. "

"Ira by Orchid probably is the best hotel in Ayodhya. I was visiting from out of country along with older parents by car. From check-in to parking to elevators to room service to on site restaurant, everything was perfect! The staff is very attentive and caring. The location is 15-20 away from the main Ram Janam Bhoomi Temple but this is actually an advantage because the temple area is very crowded and cars were not allowed within 1 KM of the temple. Food was great, in particular the breakfast buffet."
