Robert was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay an extra couple days, always promptly responding, which we truly appreciated, especially given over 30 inches of fresh lake effect snow blanketed the Erie coastline across PA and NY within the initial 24 hrs of our stay. "In Erie: Could not stay there. We were there but no contact information to access. Forced to find an expensive and uncomfortable motel. Very disappointing. Am contesting the American Express charge and asking for our reservation fee to be returned."

"Very clean apartment with nice touches, huge tvs and a good kitchen. You can tell it is maintained with care. Manager was very responsive and accommodating. The house is in an older neighborhood, but don’t let that fool you. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Erie. "
