"Visited for a 3-day conference and family was with me. I was pretty delighted to find that brekky and dinner was included - along with complimentary popcorn in the lobby during certain hours. While we didnt get to try dinner, breakfast was ok. I would suggest providing fruit during breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Walls are paper thin, alas. "

"Property is a bit outdated. $9 fee for parking in open parking lot seems like an overcharge. I’m a member of Hyatt for over 15 years. Those type of fees are usually for parking garages. Property is clean & staff have great customer service. Will not be a top choice pick next time when in the Richmond area. "
