"We rented this home for an out of state baseball tournament. The home was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of appliances. Small coffee maker, so if you are like us, be prepared to make several pots. No complaints. The host is very responsive and a really nice person. Downtown Greer is within walking distance."

"House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived."

"Our adult children live 11 and 9 hours away so we always meet somewhere in SC. As my granddaughter said, "Mia this is the best house yet." The house was very clean, well organized and the house was on a beautiful piece of property."

"This house was in a great location for the festivities surrounding my daughter’s wedding. We had elderly parents staying with us. Overall a good stay, clean property, just needed a few additional towels, lack of bath mats and tile floors made safety a concern, especially with elderly parents, pillows in master were very flat and could be improved. However, we would stay again."

"The house was so gorgeous!! It had everything you could want for a private stay in!! We enjoyed our time and had lots of laughs by the pool!! The beds were comfortable, plenty of beach towels! Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes for cooking in. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were amazing! I would love to stay again!"

The owners were very responsive and accommodating to my family (me, my husband, 3 kids 13,10, and 8, and our family dog). The house had obviously been freshly deep-cleaned when we arrived and was very comfortable for us. We were in the area for family wedding and some family arrived on a red eye flight Manager let us have the house before the 4:00 check in time which was so helpful. The few minor issues along the way were promptly taken care of. Would highly recommend this place."

"This home is so unique and has tons of charm. It’s easy to find and is a short drive to Greenville, Lake Lure & Asheville which allowed us to do all kinds of activities on our trip. "My friend and I selected this house for it's proximity to the Maulden Cultural Foundation which was the site of the nightly CHQ historical reinactments and because the pictures of the house and yard were inviting. "My family enjoyed our spring break trip to Greenville, and we were happy to find Zach’s property close to everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, parks, other local relatives nearby). The kids played in the large backyard and lounged both inside and outside in the quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property description was accurate, and I was delighted to find so many authentic mid-mod features and decor familiar from childhood memories with my grandparents! Zach was an excellent host."

"We were in town as a group of women to attend an event and wanted a property where we could all stay together and feel safe. This property was excellent! Everyone was able to have their own bed, we had space to cook, eat together and have fun in between events. There was plenty of parking room for cars and it was clean and well supplied with towels. We needed a few more rolls of toilet tissue but were ok. Some newer pots/pans would've been nice but the coffee bar was well supplied."

"This little place was perfect for the three of us. The bungalow is not fancy but it is very clean and a very efficient use of the space. There were some very minor noise issues but all the little thoughtful extras (ear plugs, toiletries, snacks) more than made up for. When we were there it was hot as heck but the AC was wonderful!"
