"Came to play in a tournament and I could not have found a better stay for it. Spot was super clean, quiet and just a few minutes from the fields, also perfect for a getaway for yourself or with a partner. Lots of character to the place, I had a couple quick questions and got quick responses. Parking isn’t a big deal, I felt safe all around. I’ll definitely be back being that I got a kid in school here to visit. Awesome place! Thank you Hosts! Amen to this spot. "

"The property sounded like you would see houses and pecan orchards abounding.. the place was noisy, somewhat dirty, the coffee maker did not work and was scaled with hard water The apt was stuffy but to turn on a ceiling fan in the bedroom you had to turn a light on with it. The surroundings left much to be desired. It worked for an overnight place to crash at the lady minute, but would not book again"

"Cute Place. Unfortunately, should you run into any hiccups (Car/Tire issues) Owner unable to make concessions for a delayed checkout (few hours maybe one or two). We are not squatters. Definitely did not help with a great trip experience and in fact created a lot more added stress. Do not expect any empathy from these Owners."

"The check in process was easy. Barbara provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. She was flexible in our check-in time. Although the property could use a few upgrades, it was very clean and equipped with most of what we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet."

"I stayed for two days at this location . On the first day I mostly grabbed custard and relaxed at the rental. I somehow missed that the place had a hot tub and pool, so I was pleasantly surprised. The next day, I traveled to White Sands. The Vrbo provided sleds, which I gladly used to enjoy the beautiful park. It was a pretty simple drive. "The neighborhood was great, and the house was super cute. I loved every little detail and the sitting room was my favorite. If I come to Las Cruces again, I would definitely stay here. The cleaning could’ve been a Bit better. In my bathroom, the tub hadn’t been cleaned, and there was an old bar of soap with hair attached. The floors were pretty dirty as well. Other than the cleaning, I felt comfortable in the house and I really enjoyed my stay. "
