Property is a little loud being so close to the freeway. Overall, it was a nice enough stay but the facility itself is in need of a refresh...looks a little beat uo for a Hampton Inn. They appear to be addressing this problem now.

My reservation included an "accessible room". I wonder what this might mean. There were no grab bars in the shower; none around the commode. There was no toilet paper holder. We were told that there was construction going on only when we arrived at the hotel. No information about ongoing construction prior to that and, as a result, no ability to modify or change reservation. Among other things, we were awoken at about 6:30am to the sounds of workmen. In our opinion it is quite manipulative and irresponsible to inform potential customers only upon arrival that there is ongoing construction.

The staff first of all was very nice. The dining area and food was great. But! I don’t appreciate the fact that when we arrived, we found out the whole hotel is in a remodel stage. The carpets throughout were filthy and the workers were still there and we could hardly get in our room because of their work equipment in the hallway. It’s not right to miss lead people when booking a room. Very disappointed in Expedia for not informing customers.

Property was under remodel. Staff stated remodel had been going on since February 2024. Carpet was dirty bathroom shower rod had been pulled out of the wall shower curtain would not stay closed door to the bathroom wouldn’t hang up due to unlevel flooring tile laid. Good location maybe after remodel would stay again.
