"What we liked: The staff was really helpful in going extra mile and answering any question and providing multiple options even on public transport-related questions. What we would like see to be improved: 1. There is no light outside the main door. We reached around 11 pm ( it was pitch dark ) and could not figure out where is main door was and how to call someone to open the main door. "This is a lovely little studio, very clean and very well stocked if you want to cook. This is not a tourist area so you’ll have peace and quiet, yet a friendly interesting neighborhood. Easy to get around with the Metro just steps away.."

There was an error with breakfast one morning that didn't happen but more importantly the call to find out about it was unanswered until some hours later. That isn't great for unmanned premises when there may have been a more difficult issue. I would however recommend and would happily stay there again. "
