"We stayed in the deluxe room, very spacious, clean and magnificent view of Pico and piers. Denise is very attentive and making sure we are well taking care of during our stay. Our room is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is an alley at the back of our room and we were able to park our car there and led us straight to our room. "

The main reason we picked them was their involvement in science and research, and a tour we received was beyond our expectations. "We traveled with a large group and this was the only home that could accommodate all 7 of us. The owners reside in an adjacent home on the property. They were there if we needed anything but did not intrude. We had access to a washing machine, and the home has a bathtub which several of us enjoyed. The views from the property are incredible and you have a large outdoor area with a picnic table and BBQ. Definitely a rustic home with lots of old world features. It was challenging to cool down but I believe we had unusually warm weather. We purchased two fans and had to keep the doors and windows open and it was still quite warm in several of the rooms throughout the night. Leaving everything open invited a few unwelcome guests in (mostly crickets and beetles). Ants were also a challenge, don’t leave anything out including fruit. Mornings greetings from roosters and cows, no alarm clocks needed."
