"The travel links are great, with easy tram, bus or ferry access to city center and Gamlastan. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff was very thoughtful when giving us two connecting rooms, so we could be close to my elderly parents. Splendid breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was so welcoming and one of the staff members who stood out is Magaly. She graciously prepared a mocha latte for my daughter and a cappuccino for my mother every day during our weeks' stay. The cleaning crew went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were spic and span clean. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed with my family. they made my vacation very special. Thank you!"

"Nice staff and good clean rooms. Breakfast was great and there was so much choice. The only thing for me personally was the beds were a bit soft but other than that I had a nice stay."

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, lovely clean hotel with great transport links. One minor complaint, when I stayed here in 2023, guests were able purchase and consume food in the bar/reception area. On this occasion we were told this was not allowed and we had to take the food to our room. Disappointing, given there were very few people staying and the restaurant didn't seem to be open. "
