"Easy walk to downtown pedestrian mall and restaurants and was perfect for a weekend getaway. On street parking was no problem and the building is quiet though there is some Saturday night noise from restaurants in Belmont. "

"We loved our experience at Murphy's Place! We came up here for a Birthday/Valentine's Day weekend vacation, and we stayed busy the whole time! There is so much to do around the VRBO. Lots of wineries, breweries, shopping, and more!!! Charlottesville is a quick 20 mins away or so and Wintergreen Resort is about the same, but the opposite direction. "Place was in a perfect location for food and wandering around. Room was nice, and as described. Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Scent on linens from laundering was mild but still bothered my allergies. Not their fault, I am just very sensitive. Banana nut bread was a nice treat! "
