"Nach einer längeren Anfahrt durch die Berge von Seravezza nach Fabiano wurden wir freundlich von Emilio begrüßt und mit dem Ort und Haus vertraut gemacht. Außerdem gab er uns ausreichend Tips wo was zu finden ist und was sich lohnt anzusehen. Emilio war zu jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und hatte ein offenes Ohr. Wir danken ihm herzlichst. "Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"
