"When we made the reservation, the Hotel.com hotel's website insinuated it was walking distance to the airport. It was a 10 min walk to a tram that would eventually take you to the airport. That was impossible to do with luggage. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that I had to take an uber to the airport."

"The lady at reception was fantastic and the room was clean but the heating had stopped working so it was freezing cold. By the time I realised the heating wasn’t working the reception had closed. "The hotel was a little tough to find but charming once we got there, great lady who checked us in, very friendly and had excellent suggestions on the area for eating and getting around. Free parking on site was a bonus and quite secure, really enjoyed our meal and wine at the on site restaurant. The room was a little small but worked well for the 2 of us for an overnight stay."
