"We had a wonderful week in Trémolat. The gîte was just on the edge of the village - a 2 minute walk to the boulangerie in the mornings. Lovely quiet location. Amazing pool! Lots of pool volley ball played by our family. Gîte was very well equipped. Would have been 5 stars if there was air conditioning as it was very hot when we were there and didn’t cool down much at night. Nonetheless the gîte is in a lovely location and close to amenities. "Emplacement idéale pour visiter la région. A deux pas de Périgueux et de la voie verte pour se promener et faire des randonnées et du VTT (parcours de trail). La propriétaire très gentille et elle a su répondre rapidement à nos besoins. Location au 1er étage d'une maison très spacieuse, bien aménagée. Le plus : draps et lingeries compris dans le prix et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Je recommande cette location Merci Christiane."

"Joël est un hôte très agréable et serviable. La location est au calme tout en étant bien située. Les animaux sont acceptés, ce qui est très sympathique. Le grand parc arboré est un plus surtout quand il fait chaud. Les jeux mis à disposition des enfants ( balançoire, table de ping pong...) sont appréciables."

"We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"I absolutely loved this apt. and the old city of Perigueux! Everything I needed and all the activities were within a 2 to 15 minute walk - post office, grocery store, walking tours, bakeries, restaurants, everything! I have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years, and Francis is, by far, the best host I have ever met! He is so caring, attentive and helpful, and can’t do enough for you. He communicated regularly to be sure everything was okay with my stay. It was a wonderful month’s stay....

"Merci Joël pour ce séjour! Super extérieur, spacieux et agréable, ombragé avec jeux pour enfants, vraiment top. L'intérieur est bien équipé, seuls les piliers limitent la convivialité du salon. En période de canicule, nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir au moins un ventilateur, faute de climatisation. Joël est très agréable et sympathique, il nous a même mis des vélos à disposition."
