"We loved our stay here. This is a small family run B&B. A real gem in St Emilion. We stayed in the loft room but the low ceiling was only a minor inconvenience. Appreciated the facilities in the room including the fridge in the hot weather and the thought that went into designing the space so it is completely blackout at night. "The proprieter and his wife are very interested in pleasing their guests. The accommodation was quite lovely..........but up a steep flight of circular stairs. It lacked a seating area and a chest of drawers. The home-made jams ere wonderful when matched with the fresh croissants in the morning."

"Laura and Dominique were exceptional hosts, allowing us to arrive slightly earlier than planned. Not only was the room perfect and exactly as pictured, the breakfast was outstanding - so much choice, and lots of homemade food. "The welcome and hospitality for the Clos team is truly genuine and thoughtful. Rooms are big and comfy and the pool is a bonus. Location is an easy walk to everything and parking is right outside the door at a reasonable rate (plus Clos has a few stalls as well - but book in advance). Great visit - Merci!"

"The Chateau du Palanquey is an amazing property. There are only a handful of rooms and it is very secluded. The owners helped us out with wonderful local restaurant recommendations and a brilliant wine experience. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It was magnificent. "

"My husband & I had a wonderful stay for two nights. The property oozes with charm & character and the owners/staff were so lovely! The location is convenient to everything we wanted to explore in Saint-Emilion, while offering a quiet secluded feel as well. Great design, gorgeous view of vineyards & delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed the wine tasting & tour of vineyard! 10/10 experience and will be sure to recommend to our friends back home."

"Our host, Sandrine, upgraded our room as we were the only guests. The room was large and comfortable with direct access to the salon. The salon had a fridge, coffee maker and all the crockery/cutlery that we needed. Our breakfasts were delicious and filling with lots of local produce and homemade items. We really enjoyed the wines and learning about the history of the vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a hidden gem! Patrick welcomes you warmly and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The quiet and beauty of the gardens adds to the pleasure. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner incredible. Patrick was very helpful in assisting with making reservations for wine tastings in the area. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Les Grands Vignobles. Laurie was welcoming and friendly. The house was clean and tidy with all facilities you could want and we enjoyed the outside space with the view onto the vineyard. "

"From first contact, Nathalie was extremely helpful, we got a great video for check in as we were arriving very late at night. The wine was great, we know, we drank enough of it!! The house was clean and spacious with lots of games, the swimming pool was perfect, we all loved the diving board. "An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. I have stayed all over the World and spend at least 100 nights a year at hotels and the Hotel Pavie staff is at the very top and of my list!! The Restaurant is fabulous and if you can get a reservation it is a must do. I can not wait to return."

"Loved this hotel, it is right in the heart of St Emillion and it gives you. the opportunity to really explore the town on foot. There is parking at the hotel (if you book in advance which I would as parking in St Emillion can be challenging) which was a real bonus. Room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if visiting St Emission."
