In room was cold and is a small radiator on wall that worked only few hours. You can enter hotel during night only until 1:00am then is closed until morning and you will sleep outside :) Staff was kindly"

"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable.
