The front desk was trying to be nice, but he was giving me a hard time about my last name not being the same on Expedia as it was on my ID (due to marriage). Even though I can confirm all the information, I have the confirmation code, and the same credit card used. It’s just annoying when you say you will change that and they continue to give you a lecture. "
