"The hotel was lovely in every way. The staff was so accommodating, so informative and truly took care of our needs. Unfortunately I am upset with the parkade security. We paid $25 to park in the parkade which ended in our car getting broken into. Although the hotel isn’t liable for the stolen items I still wish there was more security put in place with the money I paid. "I knew when booking this place that it wasn't going to be great, but I did not expect it to be terrible. The door to my room didn't lock properly, there were blood stains on the bathroom, and rodent droppings near the bed. I was so afraid to leave my things there during the day that I checked out immediately the next morning and wandered until I could find another hotel that had a room available."
