"While the years have taken their toll on all of historic Lynchburg, you can tell that this was once the grande dame of the city. The staff was so friendly and super accommodating to my needs during my stay, as I was trying to take care of a relative. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Was pleasantly surprised. Room was mostly clean, but the floors need a serious mopping. My feet were actually black on the bottom after walking around. It surprised me, because everything else was spotless. Bed was amazing and the response from the office was excellent, when our reservation was messed up (not their fault). We will consider staying there again."

"Needed an affordable place for a bass tourney on SML with docking access for the boat. I wasn't expecting this great of a place; but was pleasantly surprised especially the spectacular views of the mountains with the lake in the foreground. Interior was furnished with comfortable furniture. "
