"Lovely Georgian property, opposite the beach. Clean moden room. We were lucky and had a sea veiw and small balcony, which was a lovely bonus. Shower powerful and hot. There are plenty of sockets for devices. Free wifi and an android TV in the room. Wonderful, friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. "

"Stayed here after my original hotel was apparently overbooked. Right on the Esplanade as the name suggests, this guest house is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and around a 5 minute walk to the train station. My room, (Room 7) was a large room with a king bed and a sea view. The whole property seems to have been refurbished fairly recently. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The grounds were lovely and the hanging baskets amazing. Our rooms where spacious and very clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Liked that there were a few choices offered for breakfast. I would definitely book to stay here again."

"As a single traveller I had a single room overlooking the beach which, surprisingly, was not on the top floor. It was small, but so am I, so I found it quite adequate for my needs. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed has to be amongst the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. I slept like a top. Shared toilet and shower, which overlooked the harbour, but did not see any sign of anyone else using, The shower was good and extremely easy to use but I only had it set on a low setting,...

"Ive had 9 nights stay. The full english Breakfasts perfectly cooked. Loads of cereals milk tea coffee toast. Host very welcoming and attentive. Provided with parking permit for the swannery car park and this saved me a fortune (@ £4.50 an hr parking charges in Weymouth). Single room with cupboard shower toilet unit. Tv and coffee and tea replenished regularly with the room provided kettle. A good holiday. "
