"We were attending a reunion dinner in Hitchin and did not want to be driving home late so we arranged to stay in town. We were therefore only staying for sleep and breakfast. The beds themselves were comfortable but the radiator in the room was not working which made for a cold night, especially as the windows were not double glazed. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with any combinaton of buffet and cooked items."

"Nice rooms and very quiet even with a busy pub below. Pub is great with several options for drink and food. Surrounding area is very accessible with plenty of options for anything you could possibly need. "

"Good hotel for overnight on business however internet was very poor in my room and not much better in the reception or pub. Was difficult to work due to that. Mattress was abit hard and lumpy but ok for one night. Water in shower was hot and plentiful "
