"Great space for our family to gather. Enjoyed being close to downtown. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We hope to come back. We’ll make sure to pack food in smaller containers not too heavy to carry up the long stairway! Was a bit of a challenge for older family members. Good exercise!"

"I grew up in a nearby town and come back each year for Thanksgiving. Brought my family and two grandchildren to this house so we could stay together. Plenty of room, brand new inside and close to everything in Cedar Falls and easy to get to the surrounding towns. I enjoyed the stay a lot. "

"Incredibly spartan unit. No where to put bags, no where to hang any clothes. Kind of a joke…small ironing board with no where to set it up but the bed. That’s all small potatoes compared to the SMOKE SMELL. It is permanent short of a hard core professional remediation. We paid for two nights got in very late on Saturday, left first thing on Sunday. Don’t do it. I can’t understand how they have positive ratings. "
