"Incredibly spartan unit. No where to put bags, no where to hang any clothes. Kind of a joke…small ironing board with no where to set it up but the bed. That’s all small potatoes compared to the SMOKE SMELL. It is permanent short of a hard core professional remediation. We paid for two nights got in very late on Saturday, left first thing on Sunday. Don’t do it. I can’t understand how they have positive ratings. "

"Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. "

"This place had the 3 things I look for in a rental: Great location, clean, and comfy beds. Management went out of their way to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out on a Sunday morning. While we waited we had breakfast and the fantastic diner right below. A couple small negatives - it can be a little noisy since you're right on main street. The furniture isn't comfortable, so not the place for you if you plan on spending a lot of time in the living room."

"We would stay again! Traveled for college wrestling National Duals. Was a perfectly updated and comfortable place to stay! Access and on site parking were easy. The beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The location was wonderful with a Brewery across the street and downtown Waterloo restaurants blocks away. It was very cold so we drove. The UNI Dome in Cedar Falls was an easy 10min drive. Downtown Cedar Falls was also a fun city to dine. "

"This is a great little studio right in the heart of downtown Waverly. The studio has everything needed for a short or slightly longer stay. Great location to enjoy all the small shops, yet convenient to everything in Waverly including Wartburg College. This is the second time staying with this host. Tim is very communicative and great to work with. We have and will stay again when we are in the area. "
