"This is a wonderful ranch house with lots of room. They have horse stables and a riding arena out back. If you are competing at the double check arena I recommend staying here. The beds are comfortable and large. There are 2 full baths. The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and utensils. There are several decks. And a perfect basement entertainment room and laundry room. The only drawback is the road in front of the house. It is very busy and most people are speeding. Keep pets and children...

"The garage was a huge plus. We were showing gear at the Overland Expo nearby and definitely needed the garage to stage for the show. The washer and dryer was also great to have. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfy. The closet in the master is huge. The location is quiet, and close to downtown plus close to 34 if you want to get to RMNP / Estes Park or just need to hop back on 25. "
