"This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. "The atmosphere was quite spectacular! I enjoyed the gated community aspect, the overall privacy & the fact that it was still within reasonable distance of local shops & restaurants. The cavern itself was beautiful and seemingly well maintained, the owners even went so far as to make us a ‘welcome’ basket! Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others especially if they’re looking for a unique stay, I promise you it is well worth the price!"

"Property is much quieter than others in the area despite being very near a trolley stop and other B&B’s. It has the cleanest and nicest rooms of the several other places I have stayed in Eureka. The breakfast is excellent with large portions and a balance of sweet and savory. And the owners are very friendly and efficient. Saw several returning customers at breakfast. Great trip and will certainly be back!"
