"Our one night stay was amazing. The room was big and the bed was comfy. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, but it is a must stay if you are near Eureka. The whole Mansion was immaculate and what a treat to be able to stay in such a beautiful Victorian home. Thank you Jacqueline for making this unique experience possible. It is greatly appreciate it! "We always stay here when we come to Ferndale for concerts at The Olde Steeple. It’s only a block away from the concert hall and off the beaten path. Staff is extremely cordial and spends time conversing with guests. Tea time from 4-6 pm with extremely sufficient which includes wines and or champagne with th delicacies. It’s just a delightful place to stay and has become a tradition for us."

"Love this place… the view and property were spectacular! Service was friendly. Breakfast was good, loved that the kitchen and its amenities were available continuously. Wish we could have stayed longer for the hikes etc. Next time! One thing … maybe note that the road is rough coming in from Trinidad. Our SUV was fine, but in the dark and or my low roadster, would have been a problem."

"Overall a unique, and nice house and stay. If you bring a pup you should know that there is no access from the house itself to the enclosed, designated area for your dog. It was raining most of the time we were there so not much fun especially at night to have to slop around outside to get to the entrance to the gate to the dog area. This is just a heads up. "
