"Perfect quiet get away for 7 friends looking to reconnect. The water was beautiful and we loved being able to set up our large tube for an anchored float right off the launch. Sat in the screened in porch and watched a storm blow over then soaked in the hot tub. Overall just a perfect trip. "

"Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi...

"Property was clean. The house had something for everyone. Ping Pong and Cornhole were a hit with the teenagers. The adults enjoyed the deck and watching the sunsets. The welcome sign and snacks were a wonderful touch. The road to the house was rough and steep. I would recommend 4 wheel drive."
