"Extremely pleasant family running a small, quiet property. Easy parking and a simple, but nice breakfast. From the front door it was a 100 meter walk to the middle of Gold Beach and a 1-2 km drive or hike up to the cliff top memorial over Arromanches. Perfect for our short stop during a self-guided exploration of the historic sites of Normandy."

"Really nice flat after issues with check in were solved. There was no soap in the dispenser and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and one coffee pod for a multiple day stay. Owner brought soap/toilet paper but not coffee pods. And I couldn’t get the overhead shower to work - so just had the handheld. Searched everywhere for a button or lever to pull. But it is so close to the Main Street and all the shops, restaurants, local attractions, all in a few min walking distance. The room is very nice, clean, and European which we love.
