"A lovely 2 night stay in a country village inn with plenty of parking. We loved the location, our room was clean with a comfy bed, the staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was of good quality. Great for exploring the Northumberland coast, particularly Lindisfarne, Berwick Upon Tweed and Bamburgh Castle - all close by. "

"Alongside the A1 but you would never know, so quiet. Convenient back road into Bamburgh and loveky view across farmland. Breakfast was excellent cereals, fruit juice, toast and jams. 2 sausages, 2 bacon, beans, hash browns and choice of how your eggs cooked. Also ate in the restaurant and cafe both excellent. Room was clean, tea coffee and good shower. Stayed four nights, couldn't fault it. Staff really nice. "

"Room was perfect for the price. Our room was a little stuffy due to no air flow. Room had a small fan that helped a little. Everyone was very friendly and location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. "
