"Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! "

Muchas gracias. Ralf, fue de gran ayuda, ya que salió a nuestro encuentro en bicicleta, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, sin ser visto. El jardín, aunque no muy grande, suficiente para que nuestros perros jugarán sin tregua, y nosotros disfrutamos de unas más que agradables noches.... Muchas gracias por vuestra...

"The rental process was fairly straightforward the paperwork a bit long winded but overall Ok. the price was good but you got what you paid for. The property needs a little time and money spent on it the furnishings weren't good. the odd bolt needed tightening and the odd screw needed doing up. The cutlery and crockery needed upgrading. The pool was a decent size but needed cleaning every day, which I was happy to do but the cleaning net was too short and full of holes. Had broken window locks...

"We had an amazing stay in this villa in Mil Palmares. It’s a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The villa had everything we wanted to enjoy a great family holiday. There is plenty of space in the villa and it has a beautiful pool area and very nice pool. The area is also very nice. We really enjoyed and hopefully will return in the future. I highly recommend. "The location is good but unfortunately that's where it ends outside the shades are all ripped and broken and don't work and the inside is just a mess old outdoor furniture inside, bulbs not working washing machine old and leaking cooker hob that worked some times no kettle boil water in saucepan you cant use the rear garden space its full of junk but worst of all !!!!!! "The property was even better than the pictures showed. It was perfect. The little extra touches made it feel so homely. The pool was the perfect size. We had the use of beach chairs and parasol when spending the day on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The roof terrace was wonderful with lovely views and use of a BBQ and a day bed. Nick who met is with the keys was really helpful and kind. We would highly recommend it. Here. Can’t wait...

"The home was well equipped ,clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. There was six adults and one child in our group and there was plenty of space for us all to be together or to have separate quiet times. With the temperature being 30 degrees plus all week we were a little worried about being too warm but thankfully the air conditioning and fans kept the house very cool. There was a walk to the local shops and restaurants but nothing to strenuous. Overall we had a very nice stay...
