"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there."

Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. Only downside is some street noise at night from bus loop area and furnishings are a bit out of date. "Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."

"Excellent apartment, front line overlooking the waterway and Fuseta Island and beach. Wonderful wildlife to watch as tidal waters ebbed and flowed. Apartment was exactly as described and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Basement car parking was unexpected but a big plus. Having rented apartments/ villas for over 20 years I can honestly say this is in our top 5."

"It was a comfortable stay, easy access to downtown, marina, and beaches. Mostly walking as high season months are impossible for parking throughout the town, now it’s ok. Good local restaurants, coffee shops and the island beach is nice. For me Fuseta could be a beach destination town snd travellers at the restaurants come their for the grilled food"

"A lovely apartment with good outside space. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms clean. The pool is a good size but a few more beds around the pool would be helpful. The apartment was supppse to provide pool towels but none were available, so be careful not to rely on this. Within a 10 minute walk to local shops and restaurants makes this a great location."

"We spent six days at the hotel and it was amazing. The people were friendly, helpful and very professional. The furniture is a little old but in good condition. You have to pay separately for the in-room safe, which was new to us. But the hotel grounds are fully secured and we did not use the room safe. Very nice kitchen in the room with all appliances, coffee maker and toaster. Also all the utensils are in good condition. A great choice for a family with children. We highly recommend this hotel...
