This unit is outfitted with Colorado art, beautifully appointed, and located in the heart of downtown Estes. Huge fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable. State of the art air conditioning/heating system newly installed and very comfortable. Enjoy provided snowshoes, hiking sticks, and a backpack as well as many other "necessities" for your Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centrally located downtown above shopping in walking distance to shopping, dining, golfing, Lake Estes, movie theaters, and the well known Riverwalk. Sit on the deck and enjoy the parades along Elkhorn Ave, or stroll along the Riverwalk located right out the door. Fishing, hiking, climbing, skating, and of course, shopping are all within minutes of your stay. While Starbucks just moved out of the building they are still within walking distance and Kind Coffee is only 1 block away. Starbucks leaving has actually created less foot traffic, parking and noise from deliveries or trash service. And again, its still close. Our prior guests love the location.
The loft is set up with a private bedroom and a second living room/bedroom to easily accommodate four guests. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and offer a comfortable place to stretch out and enjoy. Visit in the snowy season and use the snowshoes provided for your stay.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. I have a couple alternatives to book AND I CAN SAVE YOU SOME MONEY. SAFETY: If safety features are important there is no need to worry about CO2 as heat is provided via electric baseboards. Building also features sprinkler system to usher to you safety in case of emergency.
PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.
UPDATE 3/31/24: Beware of construction in areas of downtown near the loop. You can stay here with us and never worry about construction noise, dirty and dust or access challenges due to the downturn loop currently underway. If you are considering downtown, even if you don’t stay with us, I suggest you look into the location of the place you are considering and see if it is within the loop construction project prior to booking.
If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.
