"Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. "Wonderful villa, clean, well equipped and as a bonus a lovely welcome pack with wine, fresh fruit and pastries. Excellent communication with Sara, she was very quick to respond. Location is perfect for cycling across the island, very central and quick to get to the mountains as well as the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay"

"Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"We had a family vacation to Mallorca and this property was as advertised. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a close drive to everywhere. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outside area had everything we needed grill, outside kitchen and bathroom so we did not need to keep running upstairs for things. "After numerous delays we arrived after midnight. Not easy to find in very dark village. The house is authentic and tastefully decorated. It is a genuine family home and we loved the personal touches. It was spacious and comfortable. It was possible to find places to sit inside and out if you wanted to be away from the main group. Lovely gardens with lots of steps. I would suggest it isn’t suitable for anyone with balance or walking issues. Although the adults loved it I am not convinced it...

"Nous avons séjournées 3 nuits. La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

"Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities. Michael was a friendly and efficient host. We would like to go back and would definitely recommend Villa Patricia as a holiday base in the south west of Mallorca."

"Very nice home lovely pool and well equipped the only thing I would say is the beds could be better slightly creaky and could maybe be upgraded mattresses but beautifully clean and very nice furnishings located close to everything you need and near to station allowing easy travel to palma and other villages and towns nice little shops and restaurants had. a very pleasant stay "
