"We stayed for our annual Columbus Day weekend away with a group of 9 friends. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the game room in the evenings - all the games were in excellent condition and everything was in working order (which has not usually been the case at other vacation rentals we have been to). We were lucky enough to have beatiful fall weather all weekend, so we could enjoy the lovely back yard. We made use of the gas grill, watch a playoff game...

Spectacular Sunrises on the deck with breakfast overlooking Orient Harbor, Bug Light, and Shelter Island are mesmerizing. The view and the setting just never gets old-a real gem!! "My friends and I have had a girls weekend at this home twice now. Walking distance to downtown Niantic and close to the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and everything was very clean. The owner, Liz, was super easy to reach."

"This was a lovely place to stay after a day at the spa. Super clean, updated, easy check in. The only thing we didnt like was the foam mattress on the bed. You would sink into a hole, making it hard to move. But nothing that would make me not stay here again. 5/5 would recommend "
