This was our first AB&B and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and cozy. The kids loved it and it was a nice reprieve outside of the city."

"The unit was clean and modern. Contains necessities like paper towels, dish soap, coffee maker, etc.Parking was difficult sue to snow and ice that was not adequately removed. Dangerous walking on ice. Other guests parked very close to us and we barely got out in the morning without waking them up to move their car. They were noisy when they arrived at 11 PM. Thin walls. They quieted down and we slept well. Maybe in summer it would have been a better experience. "

"I rented the cottage for some of my coaches who were in town for a volleyball tournament. It was the perfect place for them to stay. It was quiet and comfortable after a long day of volleyball. The accommodations themselves were clean and well maintained. Each coach separately messaged me that the house was beautiful. When I had questions, they were answered right away, and the host was very accommodating with my requests. I will happily be sending my coaches back to this lovely property again...

"Blaney St apartment was exactly as promised and was ideal for my family and me. We were visiting family in Swampscott so the location was perfect for us. We had one issue with a trash odor which was responded to immediately. Appreciate the location and ample space. Recommend if you want to be near the water in a lovely town. "

"This was a great place to stay- the only negative I can say is if you are in the bottom unit you can hear people upstairs especially if they have on heels- so if you have an opportunity to request the top floor do!There were also random hairs in the beds which we did not like but otherwise the place was clean!! And really cute! Would definitely stay again and would totally recommend."

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "
