The space
Elegantly adorned and meticulously furnished, this three-level residence is strategically positioned on an elevated section of the property, offering a refreshing climate and sweeping vistas of the Pacific Ocean (weather permitting) , mountains, and plains.
The main level (1) boasts an open-concept layout seamlessly blending the kitchen, breakfast area, main dining room, and living room, complete with a television. An indoor fountain with water and exotic plants creates a serene ambiance, akin to the soothing sound of rain when activated. This space leads to a natural wood deck with bamboo and thatched roofs, surrounded by greenery, featuring a wooden table for delightful breakfasts. Additionally, on this level, there's a second terrace with a lounge and dining area, connecting to an inspiring spot beneath a grand tree for casual lunches. This level also encompasses one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a laundry area.
On level 2, you'll discover two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open terrace for unwinding and stargazing.
At ground level (or gardens), a pristine 5x10-meter "infinity" pool is complemented by a ranch or pergola with a natural thatched roof for relaxation and socializing. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and flowers, creating an invigorating and laid-back atmosphere. Adjacent to it, find an 8-person jacuzzi and an area with two hammocks for naps or reading. A firepit area for enjoying summer nights and a full bathroom enhance your convenience.
The expansive 10,000-square-meter property invites exploration of lush plants, fruit trees, and the soothing sounds of nature. At the opposite end, near the entrance, a small secondary house accommodates maintenance staff, ensuring the technical aspects related to the house are well-functioning.
