The sheets and the bed were so dirty and full of hair. There was so much hair under the bed sheets. There was a big blood stain on the mattress. The tv was non functional. I spoke to the front desk lady 4 days ago that TV is not working. They never fixed it.

The worst hotel in Eskişehir
The hotel is very bad and dirty. They gave me a room without a window, fan, or air conditioner, and when I asked, they said that they wrote that it was without a window in the application. I did not pay attention to this thing because I did not imagine that there were rooms without a window in the hotel, and when I asked to change the room, they asked for double the amount for Window only and they refused to cancel my reservation. I had to leave the hotel after one hour even though I had paid the full amount

Çarşaflar ve yastık kıldım lekeliydi yıpranmıştı yırtıklar vardı odada kül tablası vardı ve doluydu boşaltılıp temizlenmemişti peçeteler kulanılmıştı ve yarım yarımdı tuvalet ve banyo eskiydi çok pis değildi yerler de saç kılı vb şeyler vardı halılar ve perdeler aşırı kirliydi ışıklar çok kötüydü bozuktu kendi kendine parlayıp sönüyordu (göz kırpar gibi) oda aşırı soğuktu yerler buz gibiydi tek kulanımlık terlik yoktu asansör kırmızı etiketliydi nerdeyse belki gecik 1 yıldır kontrol edilmemiş havlular iyi gibiydi ama kulanamadım kendi çarşaflarımı getirdiğim için uyuyabildim odaların duvarları çok ince bütün sesler heryerden duyuluyor kötü bir deneyimdi bizim için
