"We love the citadines at Holborn and have stayed there many times. They have recently finished renovating and it looks lovely. Staff were great and the room was great. Only issue was that they have a centrally controlled heating system (despite having a controller on the wall in the room that does nothing that we could work out. The room was like a furnace, so we had to leave the windows open, which in December was then very cold. I would suggest the hotel changes back to individual room...

"This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"1 bed apartment shared by 4 people for just one night. It was really clean, with the sofa bed already made up, with plenty of room. Check in was quick, walking distance to tube with shops near by. Joey on reception was very helpful. One recommendatio would be to have a bath mat as bath very slippery when showering. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again. "
