The unit is a nice size (2bedroom one) but it needs a little upkeep like regrouting around the sinc and dishes that are not chipped, Since theres no ac, we couldn’t open the windows because it lacks screens, there were ants if you leave any crumbs on the table,but this is the country, the place was clean, has what you need to make a simple meal, the grounds are peaceful and the hosts...

"Excellent casita, rural location, we had a great time chilling out, taking in the views. Winding roads but fairly quiet so you can take your time, great views for the non driver. Unable to walk to a local bar but Algarinejo only a 15 - 20 minutes drive with bars, supermarket, banks. Pool is above the casita, never had that before, pool area is excellent with a large pool 10 x 5, roman steps into the pool and very clean with yes more views. "A party of five stayed; me, my wife and 3 grown up children. The villa was perfect and much larger, nicer and better equipped than the listing and photographs suggest. There were lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay special. It was very comfortable and even though the property stayed quite cool inside, the air conditioning was very welcome. The private pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a seperate laundry room and an outdoor toilet to save...

The location in the countryside, while being close enough to the city, was the best of both worlds. Concha was a very gracious host and went above and beyond what was expected.
