"Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. J'ai pour habitude de réserver sur internet et après je téléphone à l'hôtel pour savoir s'ils ont bien reçu la réservation. Confirmation faite et ils m'ont envoyé le mail. Le 29 Decembre à notre arrivée la standardiste nous a soutenu qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation a notre nom !!! On lui a montré le mail et nous a répondu que cela n'était pas une preuve .??? Mon mari c'est énervé ,le patron a du venir ,elle n'etait...

"I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near the airport in the morning. I arrived late - but the front desk had left clear instruction on how to get into the building and find my room. Very helpful, particularly in the dark! Rooms are clean, the general facilities looked good, though I didn't use them Alas the journey to the airport was slow, so if you have a flight in the rush hour, leave 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to departures. Still, it made a change from the chain hotels around...

"Un joli château façon le "château de ma mère ". Une très belle entrée. Une chambre équipée d'une table et d'une cuisine avec un haut plafond. Tout le nécessaire même les torchons. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche mais nous avions prévu le notre. Les serviettes étaient propres mais avec quelques taches anciennes dessus. Sinon rien à dire. Les gérants étaient fort sympathique avec leur accent anglais. "

"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen....
