"Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. "I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. There is a coin operated laundry and left luggage lockers in the basement. Excellent value for money. Only thing I would improve is to put the mop/bucket/broom etc in an aired...
