"We found the accommodation well equipped. Location was ideal food shop across the road. Major supermarket Super U 500 metres away. Parking outside was ok as no traffic wardens .....2 doors down was a Boulangie , next door cheese shop. In the main square plenty of restruarants and local market on Monday morning well worth a visit. Good communication with owner."

Half hour drive to Mirepoix and Foix with their medieval charm, good markets and restaurants. Foix in particular has great places to eat. Would recommend this accommodation"

"Der Aufenthalt litt unter Dauerregen, wofür die Gastgeber natürlich nichts konnten. Nur dafür ist das Appartment zu klein und unkomfortabel eingerichtet, das Terrassendach undicht und die Terrasse somt nicht nutzbar, die Sitzgelegenheiten unbequem und zum Trocknen der Sachen keine Hängemöglichkeiten. Die Küche auch nur äußerst sparsam bestückt. Ansonsten toller Garten, alles sauber, herrliche Vorgebirgslandschaft. Bei Sonnenschein sicher alles etwas positiver."

"Tom's place was a truly wonderful experience. His conversion of this little barn has created a spacious and thoughtfully converted interior. The kitchen area is well-equipped, the sofa welcoming and the underfloor heating a bonus on cooler days. The bedroom is comfortable and roomy, the bathroom with a walk-in shower completing the picture. And all this looks out over a view of the Pyrenees that had us captivated. "Just back from 5 days staying in Fanjeaux at Danielle and Denis's lovely little gite. Communication with Danielle was very smooth as was checking in. The apartment is underneath the hosts accommodation but is still very private. The gite is very well equipped and has plenty of outside seating areas and an awesome pool which is shared with hosts. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?)."
