"First the 12 th century house in the listing was the reason I booked. I arrived to find this to be across the street. Not at all reflective downright deceptive. And then I found the apartment was on the second floor accessed by a narrow circular staircase. This needs to be in the listing. I’m 81, cannot lift my bags snd that type stair is risky for me., The owner offered to carry my bag up but I didn’t want to deal with it. "A great venue for a family holiday. Lovely area, very calm, good facilities.The site was rather busy due to an equine event, it would have been better not to be booked in at the same time. The owners were very relaxed about sharing their lovely home with visitors. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Thank you!"
