"We received a fabulous welcome from Philippe who was very helpful and always available on the phone if we had any questions or problems. The villa is incredibly well equipped with a beautiful pool (where we spent most of our time!), pool table, table tennis table, games, etc. The kitchen is modern and also very well equipped. "This is a lovely property of good size which is perfect for a family. There is a swimming pool which is partially covered so good on very hot days as offers some protection from the sun. The local village is nearby as well as big supermarket. Our host was very helpful and the check in process was very easy."

It was exciting to be surrounded by vineyards while harvest was in process. We cycled a lot and there are good routes both ways along the Dordogne with Bergerac 20k away, plus a number of Bastide villages all around. Beautiful farm stay

"We loved staying on the farm. The house was large and spotless, hosts incredibly helpful. Our 3 and 5 year olds boys loved it too! The only thing to note for other guests (that is very usual in France) is that you need to bring your own bedding, this isn’t explicitly called out on the listing. Would definitely stay again! "

Perfect stay in wonderful surroundings

"Our family had such an amazing stay at this property. The location is wonderful as surrounded by vineyards and nature in a lovely quiet setting. The house is perfect for families, spotlessly clean, spacious and plenty of facilities for young children. There was a collection of toys, paddling pool, sun loungers, bbq, table tennis to name just a few. The rooms are so comfortable and had a great sleep. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Location wise, we are very close to Soussac for local shops and a wonderful restaurant and Bergerac only being a 30-40 min drive. The hosts are a delight and was amazing at helping us check in as we arrived late at night due to delays. We could not have had a more enjoyable holiday at the gîte and will return for sure."

"This hotel is in a beautiful location with extensive grounds and several golf courses. The chateau is a lovely centre piece overlooking the lake. We stayed in Relais des Vigiers which is separate accommodation in the grounds. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom had a great shower. There was also an outside seating area. It was ver gomfortable. We also ate in the Bistro and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here."
