"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. "Property was ok , only issue was bathroom was mouldy and smelly :( which not what I expected, staying second time with hotel. I requested for water as they missed refilling the mini bar and the guy who brought in the water cans was very rude . Other then this staff is friendly and overall experience was good."

"Nice hotel with beautiful views. Most staff are polite, attentive and helpful except a few at Reception. Close to transport and very walkable. The Animation team if Sylvia and Elpy do a good job when they are around. Evening entertainment could be better as it is limited to one person signing at the moment and not all days of the week. There could be more /better evening entertainment for sure. But nonetheless the food, the location and the AI is good. "

"The place was absolutely amazing. Food was good, view was good, and staff were friendly. One thing I must say though, if you’re picking a room with a sea view, be prepared for a very lousy night. The hotel has a DJ and people like to get drunk… Also the A.C was not very cold. It took hours for the room to get to a comfortable temperature to have a good sleep. Other than that, no further comments. "

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property.
