"My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor. "

"We would definitely recommend this nostalgic and charming hotel. It is ideally situated between Mahon and El Castel harbours, both within easy walking distance for supper each evening. The views across the harbour from our room and at breakfast were beautiful. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean. It really was like a home from home. "
